Forms to compare

Handheld wand

This example uses drawer-sized space, storage after use, a seated position, lower upfront cost, minimal setup, and simple controls.

Answer all six questions to replace this example with forms that fit your answers.

What this result doesn't decide

It does not choose a brand, exact model, medical plan, coverage result, or purchase. Check the exact device facts and bring the shortlist to your clinician.

Compare forms without the wizard

Start with practical limits. Then check exact models in the device table.

  1. 1. Start with storage space.

Drawer space points you toward handheld forms. Closet space adds small panels. A room corner adds medium and tall panels. A dedicated room lets you also compare multi-panel forms.

  2. 2. Check the position that works.

If you need to sit, keep handheld and small-panel forms in the comparison. If brief standing works, medium panels may remain. Tall and multi-panel forms usually stay set up and need more standing and room.

  3. 3. Compare the exact device.

Check its controls, storage, published size, support, warranty, current manual, and full written cost. A form is only a shortlist, not a brand endorsement.
