Access and support
Accessibility
SteadySkin aims to make its website usable across devices, input methods, zoom levels, and assistive technologies. WCAG 2.2 Level AA is our design and testing target, not a claim that every page has already been certified or is free of barriers.

What we build for
- keyboard access and visible focus;
- semantic headings, landmarks, labels, and link purpose;
- text zoom, responsive reflow, and touch targets that do not require precision;
- status and meaning that do not depend on color alone; and
- reduced-motion preferences and useful content without JavaScript.
Known limits in the current review build
A complete manual assistive-technology review across every website route is still in progress. Generated illustrations are withheld until their descriptions, crops, provenance, and clinical realism have been reviewed. A page that has not cleared its exact accessibility and publication checks remains outside search publication.
Report a barrier
Use the support page and include the page address, what you were trying to do, and the browser or assistive technology involved. Do not send health records, treatment details, or photos. We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within five business days and, when possible, provide a status update or another way to access the information while we investigate.
Ongoing review
We combine automated checks with keyboard, zoom, responsive-layout, and assistive- technology review. When a fix changes meaning or use, we update this statement or the affected page's review record.
