1. Define the plan you were given

SteadySkin keeps each part of the plan separate: treatment name, type, body area, device, position, schedule, and plan dates. I built it that way so a new record won't reuse old plan details by accident.

2. Record what actually happened

Record each planned treatment as:

  • completed;
  • partly completed or changed;
  • held;
  • skipped;
  • not recorded.

Keep corrections, reactions, and a complete history. Core treatment and safety recording is planned to stay free.

3. Compare private photos without pretending to score them

Save photos of the same area with notes about the setup. View them side by side. Record whether you think the area looks better, the same, worse, or unclear. SteadySkin does not calculate a clinical severity score. I left that out on purpose. It also does not declare that treatment worked.

4. Bring a more useful record to the appointment

I wrote this step around the visit, because that is where a record has to pay off. Show your treatment history and reactions. Include access barriers, life impact, questions, and a summary made for your provider. A standard provider report is planned for SteadySkin. Longer reports, custom options, and selected photos are planned for SteadySkin Plus.
