Use your record to guide the appointment

I am building the planned report to put your saved records in one place. Use it to show what happened, say what you need, and ask for a decision. It contains what you reported. It is not a clinical chart, a diagnosis, or a prescription. It also cannot prove that treatment caused a change.

I built this fictional sample from synthetic records for A.S. It shows three months of session statuses, a visible gap, a recording summary, and neutral photo placeholders. It contains no treatment values and is clearly marked as patient-reported, not a clinical record.

A useful report should earn its place in the appointment

I wrote the free report to be short enough to read before you go in. Read it first. Remove anything you do not want to share. Use it to ask about the plan, follow-up, and who to contact. The report is useful only when it matches what you recorded.

What the free report is planned to include

The standard report is planned for sharing and printing. It does not include photos.

What SteadySkin Plus is planned to add

Choose a longer or custom date range. Pick the sections you want. Add selected private photos or saved comparisons. These choices change what the report includes. They do not change what the records mean.

Use it to ask for a decision

A useful visit can leave you clear about:

  • the diagnosis or plan;
  • what stays the same or changes;
  • what to track;
  • who to contact;
  • when to follow up.

The report supports that conversation. It does not replace it.
